Refund Policy
This policy explains how to cancel subscriptions and get refunds for apps published by Interlib Dev LLC ("we", "us"), including Nooktune and Savio, and for our software development services.
1. Purchases made in an app store
If you subscribed or bought something inside an app downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store, the payment was processed by Google or Apple. Cancellations and refunds for those purchases are handled by them under their policies:
- Google Play: request a refund · cancel a subscription
- Apple App Store: request a refund · cancel a subscription
We cannot issue refunds for app store purchases ourselves, but we're happy to help — write to us if something went wrong.
2. Purchases made on our websites
Subscriptions bought on our websites are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and appears on your statement.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase receipt or by contacting us. Premium features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
- First payment: if the subscription isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason.
- Renewals: a renewal is refunded if you ask within 48 hours of the charge and haven't used Premium features since.
- Technical problems: if a problem on our side prevented you from using a paid feature and we couldn't fix it, we'll refund the affected period.
After a refund the subscription is cancelled and Premium access ends.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@interlib.dev from the address you used for the purchase, and include the app name and the date of the payment (or the order number from your receipt). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Custom software development services
Payments and refunds for custom development, client-server architecture, and IT consulting are governed by the Client Services Agreement or Statement of Work signed between Interlib Dev LLC and the client.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes don't affect purchases made before they were published.
