Terms of Service
These terms apply to this website and to our relationship with you as a customer of Interlib Dev LLC ("we", "us"). By using our website or services you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Interlib Dev LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We develop and publish our own mobile, web and browser applications and provide custom software development services.
2. Our apps
Each app is provided under its own terms, which apply in addition to these:
- Nooktune: Terms of Service
- Apps distributed through Google Play or the App Store are also subject to the store's terms.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Prices and what's included are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Custom development services
Custom work is provided under a separate Client Services Agreement or Statement of Work, which defines scope, timelines, payment, ownership of deliverables and acceptance. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse our website or services: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to them, and no use that violates the law or the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The website, our apps, names and logos belong to Interlib Dev LLC. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our permission.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website and apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
